Who we are

Garaxe operates garaxe.com. When you submit a form on this site, Garaxe is the data controller responsible for your information. You can reach us at hello@garaxe.com.

What we collect and why

We only collect information you give us directly through our forms:

• Name and email address - to respond to your inquiry or confirm your service booking.
• Company name - optional, helps us understand your context.
• Review page URL - optional, used only to scope the Voice of Customer analysis you requested.
• Message content - to understand your question or project.

We don't use tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or advertising cookies. We don't sell or share your data with anyone except the processors listed below.

How we use your data

• To reply to your message or inquiry
• To deliver the Voice of Customer service you purchased
• To send transactional follow-ups related to your request (no marketing unless you ask)

Third-party processors

Form submissions are delivered via Resend (resend.com), a transactional email service. Resend processes your name and email to route the message to us. Resend is GDPR-compliant and does not use your data for any other purpose.

The site is hosted on Vercel (vercel.com), which may collect standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) as part of normal infrastructure operation.

How long we keep your data

We keep your contact information for as long as needed to fulfil your request and any related follow-up. If you'd like your data deleted, email us and we'll remove it promptly.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing or request restriction
