Services

Garaxe provides two types of services:

  • Voice of Customer analysis - a one-time review analysis service delivering a Voice Map report within 7 days of receiving your review sources.
  • Custom Solutions - project-based software development scoped individually per engagement.

Payment

Voice of Customer: one flat fee of €600 (or €350 launch offer). Payment is due before work begins. All prices exclude applicable VAT or sales tax.

Custom Solutions: pricing is quoted per project and agreed in writing before work starts.

Refund Policy

For Voice of Customer: if we cannot surface at least 10 usable copy lines from your reviews, we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked.

For Custom Solutions: refund terms are specified in the individual project agreement.

Deliverables & Revisions

Voice of Customer clients receive a 14-day revision period after delivery. Revisions are limited to refining the existing analysis, not re-scoping the work.

Custom Solutions deliverables and revision terms are defined per project.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete review sources or project requirements. Delays caused by missing or incomplete information may extend delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property

For Voice of Customer: the Voice Map and its contents are delivered to you for your business use. We retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable patterns and methodology in our work.

For Custom Solutions: upon full payment, you own the delivered code and output. We retain the right to use the general approach and non-confidential patterns in future projects.

Confidentiality

We keep all client information, review data, and deliverables confidential. We never publish client names or specific outputs without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Garaxe provides services on an as-delivered basis. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
